Going Paperless
We will share how we have used Google forms to recruit volunteers for school-wide Senior Exit Interviews and how we have gone paperless for our CTE Scholarship application district-wide. Using Google forms students apply for the scholarship, attach their resume and transcript. By incorporating the Email Notification add-on which sends a customized e-mail to the teacher that the student identifies in their application has streamlined this process. Participants will get to explore google forms and learn how to setup the rule function in the Email Notification add-on . ( Co-Presenter Angie Wright, Librarian at Century High School SAUSD)
